The Press Council in BiH recieved a complaint from Serbian Democratic Party - Municipality Board Bijeljina regarding the the breech of preelection silence in article "Day Before Elections In Semberija - Conditions For the Change of Goverment Have Been Made", published on October 6th, 2012. in daily newspaper "Vecernji list". 

OUTCOME:

Out the jurisdiction: Press Council in BiH is not competent for consideration requests which apply to violations of electoral silence.
